所寄物品若屬於正常物品(非違禁品)在沒有購買保險的情況下,最高賠付額度為:NZD200/票。如果客戶包裹的價值超過NZD200紐幣,需購買保險,保價為申報價值的3%,最高保險上限為:NZD1000

If the items being sent are not prohibited items and are not insured, the maximum amount of compensation in case of loss or damage is NZD200 per shipment. If the value of a customer’s package exceeds NZD200, insurance is required. The cost of insurance is 3% of the declared value, and the maximum insurance limit is NZD1000.

任何違禁品不在賠償範圍之內

Any prohibited or illegal items (contraband) are not covered under the compensation policy and will not be eligible for any compensation in case of loss or damage during shipment.

任何玻璃等易碎物品不在賠償範圍之內。

Any fragile items such as glass are not covered by the compensation policy. It is recommended to properly package and label fragile items to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

任何液體,乳狀物品,必須使用良好包裝材料(至少三層以上泡沫紙或者客人可以選擇購買氣泡柱) 以避免該貨物破損之後汙染其它物品。如沒有包裝材料的情況下,我司將不予賠付。對於包裝良好的仍然泄露的情況,我司會根據實際情況給予壹定百分比的賠付。

Any liquid or milky items must be packaged using high-quality materials, such as at least three layers of foamed paper or bubble wrap. Customers can choose to purchase bubble columns for added protection. If the customer does not use proper packaging materials, our company will not be responsible for any damages. However, if the package is well-packaged and damanged, our company will pay a certain percentage of the compensation according to the actual situation.

蜂蜜制品是非常容易破損的貨物,需有良好的包裝。如有沒包裝或者不符合國際快遞包裝標準的貨物,我司將不予理賠。在有良好的包裝情況下,如發生破損有蜂蜜溢出,我司會根據實際溢出的情況賠償貨物10%-50%。如果超過50%的蜂蜜溢出,或已無法正常食用,我司會全額理賠。無品牌的簡易包裝的蜂蜜物品,因其包裝的問題泄露,我司不予以理賠。

Honey products are delicate and require proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping. If the honey products are not packaged or do not meet international express packaging standards, our company will not be responsible for any claims. However, if the products are well-packaged and still leak due to damage, we will compensate for the actual overflow by 10%-50% of the product value. If the honey overflow exceeds 50% and renders the product unfit for consumption, we will settle the claim in full. For unbranded honey products with simple packaging, our company will not be responsible for any claims in case of packaging leakage.

由於天氣或者產品本身包裝不嚴實原因,造成的貨損,我司不予理賠。例如:外包裝完好,壹些軟糖、巧克力的融化等

Our company will not provide compensation for damages caused by weather or poor packaging of the product itself. This includes situations where the outer packaging appears intact, but the product inside, such as soft candies or chocolate, may have melted due to high temperatures during transport.

對於處於海關商檢扣貨名錄的產品,壹旦被海關商檢扣貨,我司不予承擔理賠責任。例如:肉制品(牛肉幹,寵物食品等..)、奶制品(芝士,芝士餅幹,酸奶粉等...)、嬰兒輔食果泥、花茶、玉石類飾品、爆米花等

It is important to note that any products in the list of goods detained by customs inspection will not be covered by our company's compensation policy. This includes meat products such as beef jerky and pet food, dairy products such as cheese and yogurt powder, baby food supplements and purees, flower tea, jade jewelry, popcorn, and other items listed by customs as detained goods. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that the items they are sending are not on the list of detained goods to avoid any potential issues.

裹需收件人本人簽收,並當場驗貨,如若因非本人簽收,事後發現包裹破損,遺漏等情況,因責任不明確,不在理賠的範圍

It is important for the recipient to inspect and sign for the package upon delivery. If the package is found to be damaged or missing after it has been signed for, it may be difficult to determine who is responsible for the issue. Therefore, it is recommended that the recipient thoroughly inspect the package upon delivery and immediately report any issues to the shipping company
