由於清關原因導致的時效延遲,貨物在從發貨日起算2個月之內沒有任何清關信息,可按照丟失件處理

Due to the delay in the time limit caused by customs clearance, the goods can be handled as lost if there is no customs clearance information within 2 months from the date of shipment.

收到包裹後如果發現外包裝有破損或者二次包裝所引起的貨損,丟失,需在收到包裹後5個工作日內與我司聯系處理,逾期則我司無法處理此類型理賠

After receiving the package, if it is found that the package is damaged or the goods are lost due to the secondary packaging, you must contact our company within 5 working days after receiving the package. If the package is overdue, our company cannot process this type of claim.

如果網頁顯示包裹簽收,卻沒有收到的情況,或者物流停滯,需在壹個月內與我司聯系,並調查確認包裹是否遺失,如若遺失,我司按照正常理賠程序理賠,如若超過壹個月聯系我司,鑒於我司很難核實包裹是否真實遺失,不予以處理此類型遺失理賠

If the web page shows that the package is signed but not received, or the logistics is stagnant, you need to contact our company within one month and investigate whether the package is missing. If it is lost, our company will settle the claim according to the normal claims procedure. If more than one Contact our company every month, since it is difficult for our company to verify whether the package is truly lost, we will not deal with this type of loss claim
